Broccoli: blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Add salt and soil to retain fresh green color.
Bell Pepper: broil high for 7 minutes to dehydrate before stir-fry.
Carrot need to be sautéed before stew to bring out the aroma. Not for soup though bc it will turn soup orange color.
onion either go first into a stir-fry or need to be browned for sauteed dish to release the aroma.
