Alfredo Sauce loaded with Protein and Vegetables








Base (serving size 10)
- two sticks of butter
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream plus some milk, or use half-n-half plus milk
- one head of Garlic, use food processor to mince
- 2 Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon black Pepper
- 2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Add-on
- two large onion
- 3 pounds of grilled chicken breast, pre-browed chicken thigh or drumstick, or precooked beef meatball
- one package of mushroom
- pre-blanched cut broccoli
- Coarsely chopped fresh parsley leaves to sprinkle on top
Spaghetti Sauce loaded with Meatball and Vegetables




Base (serving size 10)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- two large onion
- 10 cups of tomatoes sauce or 4-5 pound of fresh tomato
- 1/2 head of Garlic, use food processor to mince
- 3 Teaspoon black pepper
- 3 Teaspoon Salt, or according to how much vegetable added later
- basil and/or oregano
Add-on
- 3 pounds of ground beef or beef meatballs
- one package of mushroom
- pre-blanched cut broccoli
- Coarsely chopped fresh parsley leaves to sprinkle on top
