Alfredo Sauce loaded with Protein and Vegetables

Base (serving size 10)

  • two sticks of butter
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream plus some milk, or use half-n-half plus milk
  • one head of Garlic, use food processor to mince
  • 2 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black Pepper
  • 2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Add-on

  • two large onion
  • 3 pounds of grilled chicken breast, pre-browed chicken thigh or drumstick, or precooked beef meatball
  • one package of mushroom
  • pre-blanched cut broccoli
  • Coarsely chopped fresh parsley leaves to sprinkle on top

Spaghetti Sauce loaded with Meatball and Vegetables

Base (serving size 10)

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • two large onion
  • 10 cups of tomatoes sauce or 4-5 pound of fresh tomato
  • 1/2 head of Garlic, use food processor to mince
  • 3 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 Teaspoon Salt, or according to how much vegetable added later
  • basil and/or oregano

Add-on

  • 3 pounds of ground beef or beef meatballs
  • one package of mushroom
  • pre-blanched cut broccoli
  • Coarsely chopped fresh parsley leaves to sprinkle on top
